Fairly common weed. Tiny blue-purple flowers at th(e tips of the stems. Grows as a group of long, floppy stems that stick up or bend/lay along the ground. Leaves are ovoid, rounded or sometimes pointy at the tips, have one vein running through the middle, and have a sandpaper texture due to a coating of tiny hairs also present on the stems). Leaves are alternate (there is one leaf per node along the stem). At the underside of each node there is also a greenish seedpod, a husk composed of two leaf-like structures, each with pointy tips like a maple leaf.
